Also I'm for keeping Salem at the moment, like some of his plays so far. To keep their jobs improvements shouldn't be the measuring stick, it's hard to not improve from where we were. The QB sneak might of been stuffed without Collins pushing from behind. The improvement is there, but my opinion has been improvement isn't enough, we've been stuffed on 4th and short a few times recently(yes we've converted a few also, everytime I bring up something bad I'll try to sugar coat it for you). I like what I've seen so far out of the OL, but I don't love it. I'll give credit to pass pro based off stats, least sacked in the conference, also credit to Lewerke, we usually say his feet get him away from the pass rush, but he took a few hits and made the throws, so it's not like he isn't getting hit.

Bollman over Staten for sure, but I'm not going to say Bollman is top notch. Jarvis, Arcuri, Chewins, Khaleefa and maybe others are hurt, this was the same problem last year. I said they improved, I'm not going to give credit to the OL coach for the lack of health of these kids.
